Lisa chairs the board of Cavendish Capital Markets and brings more than three decades of experience across UK equity capital markets, corporate broking, and small- and mid-cap advisory. She has held senior leadership and non-executive roles at several of London's leading independent investment houses and has chaired audit, remuneration, and nominations committees across the listed company landscape.

John Farrugia
John is co-Chief Executive Officer and shares responsibility for the strategic direction, financial performance, and client franchise of the firm. His career spans equity capital markets origination and execution across the UK and European technology, growth, and consumer sectors, with a particular focus on private-market issuers preparing for a public listing.

Julian Morse
Julian is co-Chief Executive Officer and leads the corporate broking and advisory franchise. He has spent his career in the UK small- and mid-cap market, building one of the most active corporate broking client lists in London. He sits on the firm's executive committee and chairs the deal acceptance committee.

Ben Procter
Ben is the firm's Chief Financial Officer, with executive responsibility for finance, treasury, regulatory capital, and risk reporting. He is a chartered accountant with prior CFO and senior finance experience at FCA-authorised investment firms across London.

Mark Astaire
Mark is an independent non-executive director and chairs the audit and risk committee. He spent his executive career in equity capital markets and corporate broking at a tier-one global investment bank, where he advised many of the UK's largest listed corporates. He brings deep institutional knowledge of governance, risk oversight, and listed-market regulation.

Jeremy Miller
Jeremy is an independent non-executive director and chairs the remuneration and nominations committee. He has held senior executive and chairman roles in the UK financial services and asset management industry across a career spanning more than three decades, with particular focus on conduct, culture, and client outcomes.
The board comprises an independent Chair, the two Co-Chief Executive Officers, the Chief Financial Officer, and two independent non-executive directors.
The full board convenes four times per year. The audit and risk committee and the remuneration and nominations committee each meet separately on a bi-annual basis.
